We receive several e-mail questions about the CPA exams, and we do our best to reply promptly. A significant percentage of our replies are returned over the Internet as undeliverable because the return e-mail address was incorrect or the address has been changed on the system without being updated in the person's e-mail program. We also use virus protection software, which sometimes detects e-mail with virus attachments. We delete those messages without reading them.
