The CPA EXAM

The Uniform Certified Public Accountancy examination is a professional test administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Passing the CPA exam is an extremely difficult but worthwhile challenge for accountants aspiring for professional status as it gives:

  1. Professional status in the US and in most Caribbean countries.

  2. Membership rights in both AICPA and the ICAJ.

  3. A qualification recognized more readily by US managers, or
branches of US based companies operating in the Caribbean.

  4. Possessing the certification held by Chief Financial Officers of
    Fortune 500 companies.

Starting in April 2004, the CPA exam is now 100% computer based exam held at
Prometric testing centers in the US. The exam papers can be taken in 2 of every 3
month exam periods, during the year (Jan-Mar, April-Jun, July-Sept and Oct-Dec).

We will be custom designing CPA qualification timetables for our clients depending
on how quickly you want to pass, and how much time you can commit.

Regulation 3 Hours
Financial Accounting 4 Hours
Auditing 4.5 Hours
Business Environment & Concepts 2.5 Hours

The exam's difficulty is now heightened by the presence of case studies and the need
for the candidates to know how to fill out tax forms and quote from reference
accounting
literature.

Our seminars are structured to overcome your fears and put you in the position to PASS.
